Jeffrey was one of the volunteers I photographed whilst I was in New Orleans, Louisiana working on my uni final project about St. Bernard Parish. More on this project later when I've edited everything.

New Project

Drew is one the volunteers that I photographed whilst I was in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana last month working on my final university project. I photographed the entire project using 4x5, large format camera (Graflex Crown Graphic), which is something I've never done before. I took a huge risk by doing this, since there were no labs in New Orleans that could process film and therefore I had to wait until I got back to UK to use the facilities at our uni. I shot about 100 sheets during the 4 weeks in New Orleans and I've processed about half of them now and so far everything seems to be ok. so far so good...

I asked all of my sitters to write something about themselves into my sketchbook, next to their polaroid and this is what Drew wrote.

It's been a weird week for me, but at the same time a really interesting one as well. 

This week I've been shooting fashion. Yeah, I know. It's not me, but I really enjoyed it. Here's few photos from today.
